At BreathBalance we help our clients to reconnect with their nervous system. We do this by working with breathing techniques that are underpinned by medical science. In a busy modern world we often don’t realise that we are not able to down-regulate our nervous system. The result is that we enter a constant heightened state, a flight or fight mode that is useful for survival but has been hijacked by the stresses and strains of being a human being in the digital 24/7 age. Harnessing our breath can help us break this cycle & give us back control over our nervous system. Some of the benefits in doing this are to-Reduce Stress & Anxiety -Improve Sleep -Aid Digestion -Balance Energy Our job at BreathBalance is to coach our clients in the how & why of breath & it’s power to harness our own nervous system, helping us to up or down-regulate as we require. Our programmes typically extend over a 4 week period so as to embed these new skills and ensure clients have enough supported practice and time for questions that arise as their practice progresses. We work with individuals, groups, & Corporate clients. Typically, our clients want to reduce stress, take back control of how they feel, and in doing so improve performance. We are passionate about the breath at BreathBalance, and love empowering the clients we work with to live healthier and happier lives.
