Breathe Counseling

Breathe Counseling is a group therapy practice located in Central IL. We specialize in trauma healing intensive programs at our Breathe Lodge location in the midst of nature in Heyworth Illinois. People come from all over the United States to understand and overcome the effects of trauma in their story. We also have a team of trauma-informed counselors who provide individual, couples, and family therapy to children, teens, and adults at our downtown Bloomington location, as well as virtually to anyone located in Illinois.
