Breathsets

Air is what us, humans, consume the most, and most of the time we don’t even realize it. BreathSets is your breathing buddy. We developed a mobile app, the one and only metronome for breathing. Fully customizable and carefully crafted to choreograph your breathing practice by allowing you to create sequences of breathing exercises, including resting times, that you can later play, close your eyes, and just follow along. VISION: Our Vision is to bring awareness of the importance of air, breathing and how to use these in our favour. MISSION: We help humankind in their breathing practices. Our project helps both the experts in their daily practices and also educates people that are curious about the art of wellness and breathwork.
