Founded in 2003, Breault & Smith, LLC ("B&S") is a consulting firm specializing in executive search, compensation and thought-leadership for financial services firms. B&S brings specialized, curated and confidential consulting to a select set of 12 repeat clients, with who we have had, on average, a 10-year relationship. The firm specializes in all positions in all global geographies. Clients appreciate B&S' full-service (i.e, one-stop shopping) capabilities. Executive Search B&S performs over 50 searches per year for positions with total compensation ranging from $75m to $1m+.
