My name is Carmel Brennan and I am an Executive Coach. I have over 20 years experience as a HR professional across diverse sectors including semi-conductor, sport and fin-tech. For over 9 years l combined my role in HR management with that of internal coach, coaching senior technology and trading leaders in a high performing fin-tech organisation. As an executive coach, I am dedicated to helping leaders achieve the outstanding performance they are truly capable of. I support clients in making sense of their world by offering, as relevant, approaches from Transactional Analysis, NLP, Positive Intelligence (PQ®), 360 feedback, DiSC personality profiling, change management tools, and more. I am experienced in supporting leaders in hugely demanding roles. They are responsible for achieving ambitious financial targets, tackling complex technical challenges and thriving in fiercely competitive environments. These leaders deal with demanding stakeholders, direct the work of large teams of highly skilled and ambitious employees. And they do all this while maintaining an open and collaborative culture of trust and high performance. My approach in working with leaders is to understand specifically what they want to accomplish, then define the indicators for measuring progress towards that outcome, while all the time keeping front of mind what is meaningful about that accomplishment.
