We are a specialist family law practice established in Bradford in September 2018. Our solicitors have extensive experience of all family law matters which come before the Court, including disputes as to arrangements for children when parents separate, non-molestation proceedings and divorce. However, our primary field of expertise is in respect of matters involving social services. This covers all levels of Social Services involvement, from Child In Need plans and Child Protection Case Conferences to full on Care Proceedings in Court. We act for both parents and children in care proceedings. Often representing parents in challenging Local Authority plans to remove their children.
