Brian Hannah Counseling

Brian Hannah (he/they) is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) providing person-centered, systems-informed therapy to older teens and adults in Portland. With over 14 years of experience, Brian specializes in grief, trauma, life transitions, chronic illnesses, anxiety, depression, queer identity exploration, non-monogamous relationships, and non-ordinary states of consciousness. As a queer person, Brian is deeply passionate about supporting the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, integrating this commitment into every aspect of their practice. Additionally, as co-founder of the nonprofit Sequoia Center, Brian promotes accessible psychedelic-assisted therapies and education, and is dedicated to helping clients achieve balance and stability through compassionate, tailored therapy.
