I turn them into beautiful vacation rental properties that have all the comforts of home and unique features that make each trip feel special. Hillside Manor is my first vacation rental. As Brick & Cedar Homes expands, my purchases will extend to locations near National Parks in other states. The focus will always be on renovating properties that need some love while delighting guests with their chosen home for their stay. Renovation materials will always include some brick and cedar. My properties will always include things like hammocks, outdoor fire pits, smart TVs, memory foam beds, games, gardens, full gourmet kitchens, and local guidebooks.
