Brickell Park Capital is a commercial real estate investment company. We utilize our deep relationships and originate debt, mezzanine and preferred equity for select clients. Our investment strategy is to deploy patient capital and thoughtful execution in all of our projects improving lives and communities in which we invest. For our portfolio we seek to acquire in-fill, adaptive reuse (AdRu) opportunities. We look towards properties which are under performing or mismanaged. Our mission is to utilize our extensive network to acquire target properties below replacement costs and deliver above market risk adjusted returns to our partners.
