BrickTalk designs and facilitates structured workshops that help experienced people think clearly together about what matters — and leave with something usable. Our work supports business chambers, councils, community organisations, schools, and retirement-village communities who are dealing with complexity, competing perspectives, or decisions that can’t be solved by presentations or quick consensus. BrickTalk workshops use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® as a disciplined thinking tool, not an icebreaker. Carefully framed questions, hands-on building, and guided reflection make assumptions visible, surface unspoken knowledge, and help groups move from opinions to shared understanding. Participants don’t just talk more — they see the same picture. BrickTalk is led by Wayne Chalmers and Dr Chris Chalmers, educators and facilitators with decades of experience in marketing, education, community leadership, and group learning. Chris’s research into group metacognition underpins BrickTalk’s focus on how groups think together, not just what they decide. Our sessions are designed for situations where alignment, sense-making, and clarity are more important than persuasion, expert advice, or performative process.
