Bricoleur Collective

Bricoleur n. One who engages in bricolage - a type of thinking and symbolization that uses available tools and materials to accomplish the task at hand. She develops novel approaches to a wide variety of challenges by making use of previously formed ideas and seemingly unrelated knowledge. At Bricoleur Collective, we blend the theory of Social Determinism with Whole Systems Thinking to design processes and systems that help clients identify and explore their potential. Our goal is to introduce organizations and individuals to methods for working within and moving through ambiguity to set intentions for specific social and personal change. We love connecting passions and people. We value curiosity, differentiation, hierarchy with respect for equality, employee ownership, citizen advocacy, inclusion, and seeing people apart from their affiliations.
