The doctor sets up in-home clinics, which serve to eliminate the discomfort and inconvenience associated with residents having to travel outside the facility for an evaluation. The exams, when received regularly and as needed, will greatly reduce the probability of ocular emergencies. Eye disease becomes more common as we get older. Therefore, regular examinations are essential to rule out the presence of eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy and other ocular conditions affecting the overall health of the eyes and vision. Residents can be seen as needed to monitor changes. Eyeglasses and low vision aids are available for those who benefit. New eyeglasses can be personally and professionally fitted and dispensed in-house. We accept most medical insurances.
