Our vision at Bridge Professional Development Centre is to see everyone we serve reache their professional and personal potential! We specialise in affordable and effective face-to-face and on-line training in soft skills training which include communications, leadership, team building, customer service and various other skills. Our programmes are stretching, motivating and tailored to the individual learner. We work with individuals (self or company sponsored) and organisations of all sizes across the public, NGO and commercial sectors. Programmes 1.Training We offer business and communication soft skills training in a variety of formats – intensive and bitesize, open public access and in-company. Some of our popular courses at Bridge PDC include – Business Communication Skills, Leadership, Customer Service, Team Building and Intercultural Skills. We have an amazing training facility in Gurd Sholla, Addis Ababa where we deliver training face-to-face. All our training programmes can be delivered virtually via zoom. Bridge works with people from all sectors including the public sector, voluntary sector, corporate sector and private sector. 2.Professional Learning Communities At Bridge we create the space for like-minded professionals to get together and discuss professional issues. For example, a group of school leaders from various private schools in Addis have monthly meetings at Bridge.
