We offer affordable, effective face-to-face and online training in soft skills, such as communication, leadership, team building, and customer service. Our programs are engaging, motivational, and customized for each learner. 1) Programme for Adults Soft skills training: We provide business and communication soft skills training in various formats—intensive, bite-sized, open public access, and in-company. We can deliver training face-to-face or virtually via Zoom. English for a specific purpose: We offer customized English language training tailored to your needs, available both in-person and online. Our qualified teachers from the US and UK can effectively instruct your team members. 2) Program for expats Amharic for expats: The training focuses on basic communication skills for daily interactions, covering reading and writing with a focus on vocabulary and grammar. Intercultural skills training: In this 1-day course, you'll explore cultural situations and how others perceive your behavior, enabling you to respond empathetically and build trust and collegiality. 3) Programme for children Reading Champions: The Reading Champions program encourages reading for pleasure, helping children develop reading habits. 4) Programme for schools Teacher training: School leadership training: This 1-day course equips educational leaders with essential skills to drive positive change in their schools, focusing on effective leadership, communication, and collaborative culture.
