Bridge Training Consultants is different. Training is an investment in time that is too often filled with bland presentations that do a poor job of actually connecting and imparting information to workers. Our trainers are skilled at engaging, making a connection with those receiving the training, and encouraging their participation. Trainees get more out of it, leave the room with more information and knowledge. We provide customized programs for Sexual Harassment Prevention, Safety Training, Active Shooter Situations, Unconscious Bias and DEI workshops, and Implicit Bias. Our compliance trainings adhere to California mandates yet engage with employees in an effective way.
