Bridger Development Strategies was formed to not only invest in development projects but also to provide development management services to those who have that need. We will invest in a diverse array of projects including most types of residential, retail, commercial, natural resources (water, mining, ranching and farming) and RV Parks. Derek Williams, P.E, Owner and Founder of Bridger Development Strategies, has had nearly 30 years of experience in the construction, engineering and development industry. Derek owned and operated his own engineering firm for 16 years and provided civil engineering, entitlement and construction management services. Due to this diverse background and experience Bridger Development can provide services from land acquisition/contract negotiations to final construction.
