Bridges Investments Limited (Bridges) is a Zambian registered consultancy company specializing in business leadership, executive coaching, communications and stakeholder engagement. Prior to its re-registration as a limited company, Bridges offered limited consultancy work in Zambia through which it developed communications products for various local and international organisations. In 2016, Bridges Limited was restructured in order to offer diverse products for a wide range of clients in sub-Saharan Africa. The aim is to: – Help organisations perform better in the face of the changing global environment. – Coach and train effective leaders in organisations. – Ensure organisations adopt media and communications strategies that will deepen their traction among their respective audiences. – Support organisations with their stakeholder engagement strategies so that they protect the license to operate. Focus areas: In order to create value for our clients, Bridges Limited offers four key business consultancy areas namely:(1) Business Leadership, Executive Coaching and Mentorship (2) Media and Communications Advisory Services (3) Stakeholder Engagement (4) Business Management Advisory Services Our motivation is to offer consultancy and capacity building services that will change the leadership, managerial, communications and engagement standards of all types of organizations. International Affiliation: Bridges Limited is an affiliate of the John Maxwell Leadership Certification program as well as The Communications Centre. Both organisations are headquartered in the United States of America. This provides prospective clients with additional assurance about the quality of our services.
