Bridgewater Opportunity Management, LLC, exists to serve the needs of financial institutions, hedge funds, and other sources needing a reliable partner who can provide a quick exit from real estate holdings which no longer fit in their portfolios, as well as accredited investors seeking a predictable income stream secured by real estate. We have developed strategic relationships with major banks, hedge funds, insurance companies, and various professionals over the last 30+ years, and utilize these relationships to purchase mortgage notes/contracts and distressed or below-market valued real estate in the residential and commercial markets. We then rehabilitate and service these assets in a way that provides above-market yields for investors in the Funds we manage. Security, preservation of capital, and yield are our primary focus. Each investment we make is limited to a conservative percentage of the property’s actual cash value, based on over 30 years of real estate industry experience and thousands of transactions.
