Bridging People & Ideas

Since 2003, we bring people and ideas together who would not meet otherwise - as a bridge in an increasingly fragmented world. One third of our working time is allocated to supporting leaders and their top teams in sustainably transforming their organisations: Unlike most others, we fundamentally believe that dealing with “hard” and “soft” issues should be dealt with all at once. We have therefore blended our own proven interventions around "leadership" and "transformation" with the best of strategy consultancy and systemic coaching and hence have created “holistic facilitation” as an almost entirely new discipline. In addition to that, we regularly mediate conflicts in complex multi-stakeholder environments. Two thirds of our working time is allocated to not-for profit activities: One focus area is strengthening democracy through strengthening citizen skills. We encourage citizens to work on their own citizen skills rather than to blame others around them or “politics” or “politicians”. We talk with all filter bubbles in society, host “bridge salons” and co-create “citizens curricula” with government agencies, innovative companies and other stakeholders of civil society. We are located in the beautiful “Frankfurt Bahnhofsviertel” where we host our guests, clients, partners from all continents. We regularly exchange with representatives of probably all stakeholder groups in our highly diverse neighbourhood. So far, we haven’t talked a lot about what we actually do, although our friends, clients and collaboration partners have again and again recommended to do so: “In a world where aggressive ‘virtue signalling” on LinkedIn is the new normal, you cannot post nothing! Share more of the stuff you do with the world! It’s so inspiring!” Well, then. In the future, while still trying to minimise our digital footprint, we will try to share at least some of our key note speeches, essays, “citizen hacks”, social interventions and more-)
