Inclusion and diversity is at the heart of what we do as an organisation. Our aim is to create inclusive workspaces that address historical and structural biases which often mean organisations are not demographically diverse. We strive for real change and not just a tick box exercise. Bridging the Gap specialise in- Interactive Training sessions - cultivating inclusive practices and workplace policies - Corporate Mentorship Scheme providing work experience and mentoring opportunities for young people in the corporate world.
