Bridging The Skills Gap

A group of industry and educational professionals who recognise that the UK hospitality industry has a serious skills gap that could be detrimental to the future of our industry. By connecting schools and colleges together with local businesses we hope to create a framework that will introduce hospitality to young children, offer various experience days and work placements in leading hospitality organisations and help build the foundation of the future. We are not a business but an organisation full of professionals that seek to build hospitality to be the industry that our young people want to work in. Our aim is for every school and college to work together with an industry partner and as a group offer students an experience to learn and get excited about what our wondering industry has to offer.
