We act for a London, UK bridging company with funds to lend out on a secured only basis. We can recommend loans against property both commercial and residential (save a first charge over owner occupied residential), industrial and development land. In the case of property other than land and buildings the property has to be taken into the Bridger’s possession where it is kept safe and secure.
