My work is focused on developing managers at every stage of leadership — from first-time managers to senior leaders. Using a behavioral methodology, I help leaders build awareness, strengthen communication, and leverage their natural strengths more intentionally. Research consistently shows that disengagement — most often driven by poor management — is the leading cause of turnover. When leaders understand how they manage, communicate, and show up under pressure, teams become more cohesive, trust increases, and performance follows. The result is stronger retention, greater discretionary effort, and healthier communication. My programs are built around business drivers that support organizational success through interpersonal effectiveness. The coaching practices I use are evidence-based, academically supported, and designed to create lasting behavior change — not quick fixes. I hold an undergraduate degree in communication and a master’s degree in leadership and organizational communication, and I completed doctoral-level research courses in business leadership. I also hold a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University and have been published in academic journals, including Sage Journals. An integral part of my work is supporting women through educational keynote presentations and 1:1 coaching. I am deeply committed to helping women build confidence, clarity, and a strong, authentic voice in their leadership.
