Brigacare

Brigacare is a physician led statewide network of professionals providing behavior services in I/DD residences and other supported living settings. We also provide supporting education/training for staff at every level and various administrative services to providers of all types in Oregon's Human Services industry. Learn 503-840-0387 cecilia.t@brigacare.com Services include: • Professional behavior services (Specializing in plans for the medically fragile) o Functional behavior assessment o Positive behavior support plan o Temporary emergency safety plan o Training and ongoing maintenance/support • OIS (Oregon Intervention System) o OIS for youth and adult residential, foster, parent and community support • Medication administration training o 3 hour program (online/in-person combined) targeting I/DD residences. Includes injectables and diabetes care • I/DD focused dementia training o 3 hour program in dementia care geared to the I/DD community • Pandemic preparedness training o Full policies and procedures o Over 15 tracking forms o Real time updates and additions Brigacare also sponsors CareTalk with Dr. Rob and Ryan (Coming soon). CareTalk is dedicated to bringing members of Oregon’s Human Service industry up to date information while also making sure we all have a platform to voice our thoughts to the community. Including: • Interviews with industry decision makers such as policy writers for the state • Q&A where we address any question you might have • Providing a place for YOU to share ideas with each other and exchange information to help better support the individuals we care for • Multiple pieces per week focused on helping you better understand the constantly changing industry that we all work together in.
