We at Bright Giant offer software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for the structural elucidation of small molecules using fragmentation mass spectrometry (MS/MS) data. Every living thing consumes, metabolizes and produces small molecules. They can make us sick (toxins) or healthy (drugs). But the vast majority of these substances remains unknown. With our software, we enable researchers to automatically analyze small molecules. The underlying software methods are state-of-the-art: they are based on years of research and use machine learning and combinatorial optimization techniques. All methods are integrated into the SIRIUS software. Researchers from over 70 countries use these methods with millions of queries daily.
