Bright Ice

Bright Ice is a fast-casual retail ice cream café that features super-premium ice cream, espresso-based drinks, ice cream sandwiches and fresh pastries. We batch all of our ice creams in the store in small batches, so that we can concentrate on the flavors and textures. We let the natural ingredients speak for themselves, and don’t use off-the-shelf mixes, flavorings, or dyes. Our dairy products are from a local St. Petersburg facility who sources directly from the local farming communities. Whenever possible we purchase our ingredients from the local Tampa Bay area.
