Building Services Design Consultants providing mechanical, electrical and public health design services in the commercial, retail, education and residential sectors. We have over 40 years experience in the above sectors ranging from condition surveys to large scale residential projects up to £180million. We are an established consultancy using the experience in the Building Services sector with our aim to provide a dedicated service in all sectors without the restrictions some larger consultancies may have. We have a new office base at 1 Old Street Yard where we have both office, lounge and meeting rooms available either for informal catch-ups to hosting small and large meetings. We have a small team of experienced engineers with skills in all the above sectors and key elements of our business relate to energy and carbon reduction whilst thinking outside the box where projects require a more unique approach. Infrastructure working with statutory authorities is one of our key skill sets but also the final product working closely with the client and architects such as lighting schemes is another key assett we believe we have. Key design service systems include hot and cold water systems; mechanical heating and cooling systems; VRV systems; fan coil air conditioning systems; ventilation systems; Part L SBEM calculations, generator selection; lighting, emergency lighting and small power systems; public utility supplies; communications/security/BMS/access control/fire detection and alarm systems. We can work at all stages of a project from RIBA Stages 1 - 6 and specdialise in planning assistance on services and energy providing reports and drawings to assist a successful planning application. At this stage spacial awareness for plant is key where this can influence the early design process and provide a more realistic overall design for the client.
