Bright Psychology

Bright Psychology provide a range of psychological services to employers and educational establishments. We provide expert workshops focusing on positive behaviour & attitude changes around the stigma associated with mental health in the workplace. Mental illnesses may be invisible to everyone but for those experiencing them. We recognise this and focus on effective communication, helpful resources and evidenced techniques to help you help your employees. We also understand the benefits sport and exercise can play on physical and mental well being. We firmly believe that combining both these elements improves wellbeing and makes a better workplace. We have carried out psychological assessments of specific learning difficulties (like dyslexia) for employers and universities for a number of years.
