Our mission is to provide a flexible and affordable Personal Assistant service to individuals, startups and small businesses in order to help them grow & succeed. We understand how important it is to have the perfect Assistant which is why we work hard to get to know all about you and your business. We've done all the hard work so you don't have to. All of our PAs & VAs pass a rigorous interview process and training so that they are all up to speed. We match you with one of our superstar PA's or VA's depending on your needs and their experience, skills and personality traits. Your PA or VA will have a weekly check in chat with you so they can get a feel for the most urgent tasks on your list and make helpful suggestions for streamlining tasks or taking things off your plate. Our service is 100% flexible. You can use as many or few hours as you like from week to week and we only bill for hours used. We use Toggl to accurately track tasks to ensure every hour is utilised to its full potential. Payment is in advance and any hours not used roll over to the following month. Simple.
