Bright Sparks Science

Bright Sparks Science offers exciting hands-on science activities to children in across Oxfordshire and Berkshire. It aims to inspire children's interest in science from an early age through fun interactive demonstrations and entertaining experiments bringing science to life for all those who encounter it! Services include science shows, FREE school assemblies, after school clubs, workshops, birthday parties, summer holiday and half-term activity days, as well as team building days, corporate events and stalls at local fetes and festivals. Bright Sparks Science is run by Dr Jenny Turner - AKA NitroJen to her customers! Jenny is a science graduate, and it was whilst studying for a PhD in biomedicine that her experience of demonstrating 'hands-on' science as a way of teaching children sparked an entrepreneurial business idea. The business idea is a simple but effective one: to promote science to children and schools that wouldn't normally have access to these facilities. Jenny now makes science fun and interactive for all the children involved with Bright Sparks Science, especially during birthday parties, after school clubs and holiday activity days!
