Bringas Athletics is a growing sports performance company founded in 2014. The purpose of Bringas Athletics is to promote athletic growth through focused and individualized programing. We have worked with Division I and Professional athletes from Volleyball, Basketball, Lacrosse, Track, Swim & Dive, Softball, Wrestling and many more. We have helped many of these athletes perfom better in their sport and in the weight room. We also provide opportunities for Olympic Weightlifters, Powerlifters, Crossfit athletes to come train with Bringas Athletics. We encourage anyone with the drive to learn to contact us. Not only will athletes learn and improve their strength and technique, but also understand the meaning of sportsmanship. We believe every athlete can surpass their potential and become the greatest athlete they can be.
