He has worked in the Real Estate Industry for 15 years; working on Mortgage Loans and with Home Builders, in addition to a massive career selling over 500 homes as a Realtor. The average agent sells 8 homes/year - we sell over 100. TJ holds multiple professional designations, including the Certified Home Buyer Designation (CHBA) from NAEA and the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) Designation from the National Association of Realtors. He is also a Resort/2nd Home Specialist. Being a Realtor is awesome. We've all got families and we love the flexibility to harmonize our work with our family.
