My 40 years of cross-industry professional proficiency and experience led me to understand the underlying structure of daily operation problems and become an expert at solving complex issues with simple solutions- I filled every conceivable position in the hospitality industry, wearing dirty aprons and Italian designer suits- I led software engineering projects for startups and global corporations, acting as a business analyst, project manager, and senior developer- I studied very diverse subjects such as commercial tax laws, human psychology, financial markets, chaos theory, steam heating systems, and gardening- I have first-hand knowledge of employee behavior and management perspective- I am passionate about precision to the penny, resource tracking, and inventories Why does that matter? Because at the end of the day, a business runs on day to day operations.
