As a Performance and Wellness Coach I hold safe and supportive space for each of my clients, facilitating the exploration of different areas and elements of their life, encouraging the discovery of new desires and visions for their personal and professional goals and dreams. Performance and Wellness Coaching has proven to enhance goal attainment, increase resilience and workplace wellbeing, increase self-confidence and personal insight and reduce depression and stress levels among employees.
