As a Business Coach I help new and existing business owners solve problems, set and reach goals, develop business and/or marketing plans, develop & implement training and onboarding procedures, as well as create systems and processes for every aspect within their company. I specialize in the Hospitality Industry as I have 22 years of restaurant experience and 15 years of professional cleaning experience. I was the CEO of Shrimp Diva Seafood Co. and also Britt-Clean Professional Cleaning Services from 2016 to 2020. I also managed our family owned arcade and restaurant from My mission is to be the person I needed when I started my businesses. I create customized programs for each clients needs and remain by their side every step of the way. I offer a free 30 minute consultation and I am available for remote and/or in person coaching sessions. I allow my clients to choose what services they would like and how long they would like services for.
