Broker Management Services (BMS) specializes in the marketing and management of real estate portfolios owned by mortgage lenders, investment bankers, government agencies and other financial institutions. In 2005, BMS was awarded the management portion of the HUD M&M contract (Solicitation RFP # R-OPC22505). BMS encourages and utilizes small, minority owned, women owned and disadvantaged real estate brokers and real estate companies to participate in the HUD property disposition portions of the M&M contract, and which strictly adheres to the highest standards applicable to the Fair Housing Act (FHA).
