Broma, short for theobroma, the scientific name of chocolate, is a company founded in 2020 by Taylor Smith in response to learning about her then 96-year old grandmother’s protein deficiency. Their secret ingredient, lentils, packs in 6g of complete protein, 4g of fiber, and vital nutrients such as folate and iron in each serving of almond butter.
