Brooke It Forward Foundation honors children who’ve been abused or are in foster care by celebrating their birthdays. BIFF does so by providing the essentials for a birthday party- cake mix, icing, party supplies, small gifts, and so much more - all packed into colorful shoebox-sized gift box. The Birthday Boxes are gifted to the children by counselors at local Children’s Advocacy Centers and volunteers through the Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) programs.
