As a former NFL linebacker, I know what it takes to compete at the highest level. As a coach, I aim to help your child maximize his potential on the field by learning the proper technique and adopting the mental and physical toughness required to win in the sport. Physical training entails developing agility, mobility, plyometrics, speed, strength, and position-specific skills, while mental training includes leadership, accountability, battling through adversity, time management, and football IQ development. Not only are we training football skills, but I also offer natural and holistic health coaching that I have adopted into my routine over the years. In 2018, I suffered my third total concussion, which unfortunately ended my career and caused long-lasting symptoms. Instead of relying on medication to manage the symptoms, I dove headfirst into courses, books, and training that taught me how to recover using ancient, natural, and modern research-based techniques designed to treat the root cause. During my football career, I made many mistakes that inhibited my performance on the field, despite my longevity in the sport. My coaching provides your child with everything I've learned about how to excel in the sport of football while avoiding easily addressable routines and behaviors directly transferrable to life outside of football. Football is training for life, and my coaching will prepare your son to maximize their potential on and off the field.
