The company is operated by Mr. Jeremy K. Brooks, P.E. Mr. Brooks has his professional engineering license in the State of Florida. Mr. Brooks personally performs all stormwater investigations and testing himself. Structural investigations are performed by others, but testing is still performed by Mr. Brooks.
