Brookside Family Therapy

You may be going through a break up, having baby, a child may be graduating or moving from one grade to another. Perhaps you want to make a job change and are overwhelmed by where to start. These life transitions can be stressful and cause us to become depressed or to have spikes in anxiety that we don't know how to navigate. That is what we are here to help you with. We work with older adolescents up through people in their early 60's. We are unable to work with medicaid clients. We work with many insurance companies and if we don't work with yours we will provide you with forms you can submit. Besides walk and talk and virtual therapy, you will find the practitioners at Brookside Family Therapy to be empathetic, genuine and curious. We like to work from a nonjudgmental frame to create solutions WITH you that will fit you and your life. It is a cooperative arrangement so you are part of the process. We work with people from all walks of life and meet you where you are in your journey. This is a safe space for you to get it all out.
