Located in the Greater Philadelphia area (PA), Broshar Consulting was founded in to provide expert consulting services such as feasibility analysis, regulatory guidance and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) management expertise to help develop new ASCs and to optimize freestanding ASC operations. This work often includes conducting feasibility analyses, examining performance parameters and providing business development guidance. Deborah S. Kitz, Ph.D. is the Principal of Broshar Consulting. Through her hands-on approach to consulting, her education and her experience, Debbie uses data-based approaches to guide the development of solutions tailored specifically to the needs of Broshar's clients. With a strong history of delivering data based solutions, Broshar provides an informed perspective of what Ambulatory Surgery Centers need to survive and thrive. Furthermore, Debbie has served as an expert witness for legal matters related to ambulatory surgery center development and management.
