Born out of passion that accidentally turned into a business, ʙʀᴏᴡɴ ᴄᴀᴋᴇ is 100% a kenyan online business that specialises in Wholegrain, Whole-wheat, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Eggless and Refined-sugar Free cakes customised depending on your needs. We take pride in being the first Kenyan bakery to specialise in healthy baking since 2016. Baked using clean, wholesome ingredients free from presevertives, artificial flavouring, colouring and additives, our main aim is to provide cakes that are not only delicious but that have nutritional value! We care about what goes into your cakes just as much as you do! We source our ingredients from small scale farmers/businesses supporting families that directly benefit from the value chain. ʙʀᴏᴡɴ ᴄᴀᴋᴇ derives it's name from a Kenyan culture of labeling food items made from whole-wheat 'Brown' due to the natural brown colour of the flour, I guess we can now say we have 'Brown Cakes'!(See what we did there) We hope our selection of wholesome flavours inspires Kenyans to celebrate the simplicity of flavours that is the true Kenyan spirit!
