This family-owned company founded in 1977 is led by Helena and Rolf Brunner and, in the second generation, by Dr Marc Brunner and Philip Brunner. Brunner has more than 500 employees. Its business segments include developing, producing and marketing high-quality chairs, tables and contract furniture for office and administrative buildings, public spaces and care and health facilities. The company, based in Rheinau, Germany, develops and produces its products entirely in-house, and is dedicated to Germany as a location. This "Made in Germany" quality standard and high level of design expertise are Brunner's trademark. As a result, partnerships with internationally renowned furniture designers, such as jehs+laub, Archirivolto, Wolfgang C.R.
