Functional Areas: Tender Management, CAPEX & OPEX: Stakeholder engagement, strategy formulation, preparing of tender documents, bid evaluation, negotiations, supplier selection, contract implementation or order placement. Category Management: Formulate category strategies and execution plans and assist with implementation. Procurement Strategy & Governance: Develop procurement strategies aligned with corporate objectives. This can include policies, procedures and SOPs. Spend Analysis & Cost Optimisation: Define categories, contract coverage, locations and trends. Develop and execute cost optimisation initiatives. Logistics: Set up of cost and process-efficient supply chains that ensure on-time delivery of material flows in complex environments. Emerging Markets: Build local procurement capabilities in emerging markets through knowledge transfer and established systems/processes to source goods and services.
