HIGHLIGHTS OF BCS BCS provided engineering and construction services to light rail start-ups and expansions in Dallas, Houston, and Phoenix, AZ. BCS was a JV Partner for DART’s twenty mile,$400 Million Green Line. BCS is providing construction and engineering services for the Tex Rail commuter rail project and the North Tarrant Express Highway Connector to DFW Airport. BCS is a sub consultant for the development and implementation of 3 levels of instructor-led and web-based training for the Army Corps of Engineers. BCS was on the award-winning team for the development, implementation and staff training for the Integrated Program Management (IPM) software for the City of Fort Worth.
