Brunswick Mutual, a private capital company, is a Las Vegas, Nevada, based purchaser of distressed assets. We currently have a joint venture relationship with a leading servicing/debt management and collection company focused on playing a leading role in mortgage resolution by capitalizing on the mortgage crisis and current distressed market conditions. Brunswick Mutual, purchases unsecured debt pools direct through the secondary market of banks and mortgage note holders. We are not a third party debt collections firm, we are a debt asset management firm that focuses exclusively on mortgage debt in which we retain an ownership interest. Brunswick Mutual has positioned itself to take full advantage of current market conditions. Over the past years we have created an efficient and proprietary investment platform that utilizes a combination of internal and external collection resources. We derive our strength from detailed research, analysis, and acquisition expertise. We specialize in the cost-effective acquisition and resolution/workout of non-performing mortgage loans through several means, including refinance, debt restructuring, or foreclosure and sale of the underlying real property. The leverage of these efficiencies results in accelerated cash flow and limited capital risks.
