Bruton Capital is a privately held investment advisor specialising in commercial real estate investment advice and focussed on Germany and Western Europe. The company advises a number of clients including family offices and private family trusts with more than €120 million of assets under management. Bruton Capital targets individual investment acquisitions, refurbishment and development projects in the region of €5 million to €25 million as well as larger portfolios comprising assets of similar lot sizes. The Group focuses on commercial, office and retail, asset classes whilst retaining the flexibility to invest opportunistically in other asset classes if appropriate.The Group's geographic investment focus is predominantly Western Germany although it also has exposure to other markets.
