BSIDE was created to help solve a critical need for affordable housing in the Research Triangle area of North Carolina. We have a laser-like focus on small homes and backyards as the most promising solution to our region’s affordable housing problem. Backyard homes (commonly called ADUs or “granny flats”) can create new homes at a time when there is critically short supply. We manage everything from design, through financing, permitting, and construction. We do so while innovating and never compromising on four things: ONE Transparency.
