Founded in the early 1990s by Maya and Suresh Advani, BSL was built on compassion, dignity, and the belief that everyone deserves a place to thrive. The organisation is named in honour of Baba Sawan, a spiritual figure whose values of empathy and service remain at our core. Now led by their sons, Nikhil and Anuj, BSL Care continues to grow — developing purpose- built homes, expanding specialist support, and building a passionate team to deliver high- quality, person-centred care.
