Bsmart Autocentre is a family run business with over 40 years of experience. B Autos Leeds was born 40 years ago and run by our head mechanic Dave Sirha. In 2011 additional family members Amandeep Sirha and Manny Sirha decided to expand the business and set up Bsmart Autocentre after quitting their careers to create a repair centre for customers in Leeds. Over the years the business has grown with a loyal customer base, our 10,500 sqft business has a united team with the capacity to cater for a variety of jobs. We currently have a team of 5 mechanical staff and 2 office members who deal with the day to day queries and job bookings. Bsmart Autocentre takes pride in our work as we like to keep everything transparent to customers from when a job is booked in to when the customer picks their vehicle up. We avoid using mechanical jargon for all customers and explain anything complicated to ensure full understanding of any vehicle related repairs / issues. Our online high rated reviews on Google Business, Book My Garage, Facebook showcase the work we have completed over the years, the customer base we have built and the standard of customer care we provide. Bsmart Autocentre are also part of the RMI (Retail Motor Industry) and Trust my Garage. All the Trust My Garage Autocentres are dedicated to the highest standards of skill and personal service. Trust My Garage is a customer assurance scheme operated by the Independent Garage Association and is the ‘badge’ of the Independents. RMI assess independent garages to make sure the correct systems and processes are followed and all employees are trained. RMI check that the garage has access to the latest diagnostics equipment, and asked to commit to excellent customer service and professional processes. IGA members are true professionals who have to comply with a strict code of practice.
